Since expanding into Kansas City’s thriving entertainment district, Margaritaville Hotels & Resorts has aimed to bring a high-end, resort-style hospitality experience to the heart of the city. Supporting this vision, the newly opened Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City represents a $10M+ investment in elevated guest accommodations, dining, and entertainment spaces.
Staco Electric was selected to provide comprehensive electrical construction throughout the entire property. Our team delivered full power infrastructure and systems integration across 229 guest rooms, multiple ballrooms, restaurants, retail spaces, pool areas, and other amenity zones. The project included complete power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, data/telecommunications, audio-visual systems, and a range of specialty electrical installations tailored to the hotel’s operational needs.
Every space within the hotel was engineered and powered with guest comfort in mind. From arrival to check-out, the electrical systems were designed to create a seamless, reliable, and immersive experience, supporting everything from ambiance and entertainment to safety, communication, and daily operations.
