As part of the historic Carriage Club’s ongoing commitment to enhance member amenities, the organization began a restoration of its well-known Coach House, a three-story pool house that has been a landmark within the club for generations. To support this revitalization, Staco Electric partnered with A.L. Huber General Contractor to deliver a complete electrical renovation tailored to both modern functionality and the building’s historic character.
Our team upgraded the facility with new lighting and lighting controls, a fully updated fire alarm system, and comprehensive general power improvements to support daily operations and member activities. The project also included providing a new electrical service for the adjacent ice rink, ensuring reliable, efficient power for year-round use.
The renovated Coach House now blends its historic charm with modern electrical systems designed to improve safety, efficiency, and the overall member experience.
