Staco Electric partnered with Excel Constructors to support the second-floor tenant infill for the new Sano Specialty Care facility. This project was part of a new-build development and focused on delivering the electrical infrastructure needed to support a modern healthcare environment.
Our team completed the electrical scope for the tenant space, including power distribution, lighting, data rough-in, and a complete fire alarm system. All systems were installed to meet healthcare standards and ensure reliability, safety, and functionality for future clinical operations.
The completed tenant infill provides Sano Specialty Care with a fully powered and code-compliant space, ready to support patient care and daily operations.
